• Google Calendar integration for appointment scheduling
• Automated customer response systems
• Lead generation and business analytics tools

3. Google Services Integration

SmartAlly integrates with Google services to provide enhanced functionality:

Google Authentication: We use Google OAuth 2.0 to authenticate users securely. By using our Service, you authorize us to access your basic Google profile information (name, email address).

Google Calendar: With your explicit permission, we access your Google Calendar to:

• Create, read, update, and delete calendar events on your behalf
• Send calendar invitations through WhatsApp
• Automate appointment scheduling for your business
• Synchronize availability information

You can revoke SmartAlly's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Send spam or unsolicited messages through WhatsApp
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity

6. WhatsApp Integration

SmartAlly operates in compliance with WhatsApp Business API terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service, Commerce Policy, and Business Policy. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Subscription and Payment

SmartAlly offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are provided only as specified in our refund policy

8. Data Usage and Storage

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartAlly and SSO Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
